About Us
Horizon Housing Realty (HHR) is part of the CHL Group and is a licensed real estate agent providing specialty rental services for experienced investors. Our aim is to give our owners the best property management service they’ve ever had with our team of real estate professionals who have a passion for exceptional service.
HHR has a significant portfolio varying from single dwellings to multi-storey complexes, and more importantly has a pipeline of significant build to rent developments coming under management. We also have a diverse range of investors under the national rental affordability scheme NRAS, and as their NRAS period expires, we are looking to guide the investor and facilitate their next steps.
As part of our commitment to improving the communities in which we operate, funds raised by Horizon Housing in its management of rental properties and rental assistance programs are reinvested in building and managing more properties, expanding our capacity to assist those in housing stress.
